Product Manager- DualEnroll
As a Product Manager at DualEnroll, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our cloud-based SaaS platform that streamlines dual and concurrent enrollment processes for colleges across the United States. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will be the second product hire on a small, agile team, providing you with significant ownership and influence from the outset.
Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day platform decisions, such as handling change requests, conducting configuration calls, and managing customer escalations. You will drive the delivery process from concept to production, maintaining JIRA hygiene, coordinating sprint rhythms, facilitating QA handoffs, and producing release notes and customer-facing documentation. Additionally, you will lead the integration of AI tools into our workflows, iterating on existing agents and developing cohesive automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
We are seeking candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Technical Project Management within a B2B SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of owning backlogs, running standups, and shipping releases in an Agile setting. Hands-on experience with AI tools, strong analytical instincts, clear communication skills, and familiarity with workflow engines or configurable SaaS platforms are essential. This role is remote and open to U.S.-based applicants only.
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 annually, excluding potential bonuses and equity. Compensation is based on factors such as market conditions, location, and individual qualifications.
