Product Manager (IAM)
Bitso is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategic direction and execution of our identity and access management (IAM) systems. This role is integral to our Guardians fleet, focusing on developing secure and scalable solutions that support Bitso's rapid growth in the cryptocurrency sector. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our IAM capabilities, ensuring a seamless and secure user experience for both retail and institutional customers.
Key responsibilities include managing the IAM domain by providing guidance, defining roadmaps, and aligning strategies with engineering teams. The role involves overseeing the integration and strategy for authentication and identity management, integrating them into the security capabilities of our applications. Utilizing the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) model, the Product Manager will set ambitious goals, track progress, and measure the success of the product group. Additionally, conducting internal discovery and user testing to validate concepts and iterate based on feedback from various business units is essential.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Product Manager driving high-impact results, particularly in IAM and security features for mobile and web applications. Demonstrated expertise with AI tooling and capabilities, as well as experience with critical and highly available systems, is required. A strong background in building data-driven solutions and a track record of using the OKR metrics model to align team goals with business strategy are also important. The candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
