Spring Health is seeking a Product Manager II to join the Match team, a pivotal group dedicated to enhancing mental healthcare accessibility through advanced technology. This role focuses on leveraging machine learning and in-care intelligence to connect members with appropriate providers and care pathways, directly impacting clinical outcomes and member experiences. The position is based in New York City, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 2–3 days per week in the office.

The Product Manager II will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from defining problems to delivering and iterating on solutions. Key responsibilities include translating complex user and business challenges into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps, collaborating closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to develop solutions, and utilizing data, experimentation, and customer insights to inform product decisions and measure their impact. Additionally, the role involves working with machine learning engineers and data scientists to set goals, determine data needs, and establish evaluation methods, as well as identifying opportunities where AI and machine learning can address real user problems and deliver measurable value.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of product management experience or equivalent experience working on software products. Essential skills include strong execution capabilities, an analytical mindset comfortable with interpreting product metrics and user behavior, experience collaborating with engineering teams to ship complex products, and clear written and verbal communication skills, especially in cross-functional settings. Experience partnering with data scientists and machine learning engineers to build, evaluate, and launch machine learning-driven product solutions is also required. A background in healthcare, marketplaces, or recommendation systems is considered a plus.
