LendingTree is seeking a Product Manager to join our Marketplace Product Team, focusing on the discovery and delivery of projects within our digital portfolio. This role requires a hybrid schedule in either our Charlotte, Seattle, or Denver offices, with in-office presence from Tuesday to Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday. Regardless of location, the position operates on East Coast work hours: 9am-5pm EST.

As a Product Manager, you will serve multiple lines of business, maintaining a strong understanding of customer challenges, business needs, and market trends. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including design, marketing, analytics, and engineering—to research and develop scalable, secure, and user-friendly product solutions from conception to launch. Key responsibilities include identifying and executing product enhancements that improve the customer journey and drive value across digital touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Product Management and a bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, Product Innovation, or a related field. An MBA is preferred but not required. You should have a proven track record of identifying growth opportunities and driving measurable improvements in user engagement and business metrics through product development. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders using data and experiment results.

The base pay for this position is $130,000, though the offered salary may vary depending on internal factors, job-related knowledge, and candidate experience. Additionally, the role is eligible for an annual performance bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching.

Our inclusive culture celebrates diverse perspectives, and we are committed to supporting our employees both personally and professionally. We offer generous benefits, wellness programs, and time-off policies designed to help you recharge and bring your best self to work every day.
