Product Marketing Manager
The Product Marketing Manager at Diligent Corporation will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Diligent Entities, a key component of the company's governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions. This role serves as a critical link between Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, ensuring that product positioning and messaging resonate with enterprise buyers. Diligent Corporation is a leading provider of AI-driven GRC SaaS solutions, empowering over 1 million users and 700,000 board members worldwide to make informed decisions and manage risk effectively.
Key responsibilities include creating and managing go-to-market plans from initial positioning through to launch execution and adoption programs. The Product Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with Product and Commercial teams to define product direction, influence the roadmap, and translate product updates into compelling messages for buyers and field teams. Additionally, the role involves developing integrated campaign content, supporting demand generation initiatives, and providing sales enablement tools to enhance pipeline growth and product adoption.
Candidates should possess at least 3 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, with a strong understanding of SaaS-based solutions and product marketing best practices, including positioning, launch planning, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence. Proficiency with AI-powered products and workflows is essential, as is the ability to distill complex, multi-stakeholder products into clear, buyer-relevant language. A positive, energetic attitude and a growth mindset are also key attributes for success in this role.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $93,000 USD annually.
