Product Marketing Manager, New Ventures - Travel
CLEAR is seeking a data-driven Product Marketing Manager to spearhead the launch of new products within our travel portfolio. This role is pivotal in enhancing member engagement and increasing average revenue per subscriber through strategic cross-sell and upsell initiatives. As part of the New Ventures team, you will collaborate closely with Product, Growth, Lifecycle, and Analytics teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that seamlessly integrate new offerings into the member experience.
In this position, you will be responsible for crafting compelling positioning and messaging for new products, designing targeted campaigns across various channels, and partnering with Lifecycle Marketing to create personalized member journeys. Your day-to-day activities will include identifying behavioral signals to optimize offer timing, conducting experiments to boost conversion rates, and collaborating with Product teams on pricing and bundling strategies. Additionally, you will lead cross-functional efforts to ensure successful product launches and continuous optimization.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in subscription-based or consumer tech businesses, with a proven track record in driving cross-sell and upsell strategies. Strong skills in translating product value into engaging narratives, cross-functional collaboration, and a comfort with testing and iterating in dynamic environments are essential. A deep understanding of subscription economics and member lifecycle dynamics will be advantageous.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $110,000 to $150,000, depending on experience and skills.
