Product Operations
Cato Networks is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Operations professional to join our team in Tel Aviv, Israel. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining product operations, ensuring efficient processes, and supporting the product management team in delivering exceptional products to market. This position requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for optimizing operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include executing and driving the implementation of operational strategies to support product development and delivery. You will identify, analyze, and improve product-related processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Collaboration with product management, engineering, and other departments is essential to ensure seamless product operations. Additionally, you will collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and improve product performance, oversee product-related projects from inception to completion, and establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product operations. Managing and administering systems to support the product management group, including tools such as Jira, LMS, Asana, and others, is also part of the role.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A PMP course or certification is advantageous. A background in Network or Cyber Security domains and experience in SaaS/Cloud products are preferred. Proficiency in project management, including familiarity with various practices such as Agile frameworks and Waterfall, is required. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with fluency in English. Practical experience with information systems like Asana and Jira is necessary, and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage. The candidate should demonstrate proven execution capabilities and the ability to manage non-direct reports, as well as the ability to alternate between strategic and tactical thinking.
