As a Product Owner at Kapitus, you will lead the development and enhancement of our partner portal, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for our third-party sales partners. Collaborating closely with partners, developers, and internal stakeholders, you will align the portal's features with market needs and the company's core mission. Key responsibilities include crafting a clear vision and strategy for the partner portal, informed by input from customers, stakeholders, and the development team. You will develop feedback loops with internal and external users to validate ideas and utilize data-driven decisions. Daily collaboration with development and analytics teams is essential to clarify requirements and priorities, while working with sales and third-party partners to effectively position products in the marketplace. Managing the product backlog, defining user stories, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for innovation are also critical aspects of the role.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, with over five years of experience as a Product Owner demonstrating measurable business value delivery. Specific experience working with sales teams and externally facing digital properties is required, along with expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud. A strong understanding of sales systems, experience with API-based integrations, and the ability to operate independently in complex environments are essential. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to user-centered design principles are also important.

Kapitus offers a competitive base salary ranging from $96,300 to $154,400, with eligibility for up to 10% annual incentive compensation.
