Product Quality Engineer, ECC
As a Product Quality Engineer at Anduril Industries, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our ECC products, including Menace-I, Menace-X, and Menace-T. These products are at various stages of development and production, and your expertise will be crucial in maintaining high standards throughout their lifecycle. In this role, you will drive product development by implementing engineering activities such as detailed design reviews, process development, verification, validation, and qualification of processes and parts. You will address development ambiguities related to product maturity, process stability, and field performance to ensure products meet quality and reliability goals for volume production. Additionally, you will lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) and Material Review Board (MRB) activities, reviewing the effectiveness of actions and sharing lessons learned across the product team.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, with experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality within integrated hardware and software products. A strong ownership mindset with demonstrated capability to drive projects from start to completion is essential. Proficiency in analytical tools such as MatLab, JMP, or MiniTab is also required.
Anduril Industries offers a competitive salary range of $113,000 to $149,000 USD for this position.
