Product Support Engineer - Advanced Effects

Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Support Engineer to join our Deployment Engineering team in Costa Mesa, California. This role focuses on the Advanced Effects product line, contributing to the development and sustainment of cutting-edge defense technologies. In this position, you will develop and implement comprehensive sustainment strategies for our defense products. Your responsibilities include creating maintenance plans, shaping technical data packages, optimizing spare parts management, and overseeing lifecycle management. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as engineering, quality, and operations is essential to enhance product reliability and supportability.

The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of five years of experience in product support, sustainment engineering, or systems engineering within high-rigor environments like defense or aerospace. Proficiency with CAD software and Product Lifecycle Management tools is required, along with a solid understanding of Integrated Product Support principles. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments are also essential.

Anduril offers a competitive salary range of $129,000 to $193,000, along with highly competitive equity grants.
