As a Product Support Specialist at Lighthouse, you will be a key member of our Customer Care team, dedicated to implementing our integrated products and providing exceptional end-user support. Lighthouse is a leading commercial platform in the hospitality industry, offering innovative solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights, advanced pricing tools, and cutting-edge business intelligence to maximize revenue growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for educating and empowering users to fully utilize Lighthouse products by engaging with them, understanding their needs, and providing one-on-one training when necessary. You will investigate and resolve customer cases submitted via chat or email in a timely manner, help customers adopt and optimize their use of Lighthouse efficiently, and prepare supporting materials and product user manuals. Additionally, you will collaborate with Business Development teams on internal questions and setups, escalate issues or bugs to the Engineering team, and communicate technical concepts across stakeholders of varying technical ability.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Apps. Fluency in English is required, with additional proficiency in Spanish preferred. You should have a strong work ethic, be detail-oriented with a customer service mentality, and possess exceptional written communication skills. Experience in a customer-facing environment and a background in the hotel industry or understanding of revenue management principles are strong pluses.
