Production Coordinator, Digital
As a Digital Production Coordinator at Anduril Industries, you will support the Production Manager in executing digital projects from conception through launch, bridging creative vision, technical execution, and business goals. This role is integral to the Design Team, which leads Anduril's brand identity, visual communication, digital, photography, film, concept art, and industrial design, aiming to connect the mission, people, and products to elevate the Anduril brand.
Key responsibilities include managing the lifecycle of web and digital projects—from kickoff and scoping to delivery and post-launch support. You will translate creative concepts into actionable production plans, serve as the key point-of-contact for all digital projects, and collaborate closely with IT, InfoSec, vendors, and functional stakeholders to ensure project goals, timelines, and deliverables are met. Additionally, you will develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and production plans, coordinate with vendors, developers, and designers to prototype and test when needed, identify production risks and propose proactive solutions, and stay up-to-date on digital trends and interactive media to inform future projects.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of professional experience in digital, interactive, or immersive producing, preferably in an agency, studio, or tech environment. Direct experience with websites, apps, and mixed reality products is required, along with a strong understanding of XR, VR, AR workflows, real-time engines, and web technologies. The candidate should be a hands-on team player, reliable self-starter, highly organized and resourceful, with attention to detail, and possess strong and concise communication skills with the ability to articulate clear processes. Experience working with 3D pipelines is a plus, as is knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites, digital asset management, JIRA, Coupa, and Airtable. The role requires on-site work at Anduril's headquarters in Costa Mesa, CA, with occasional travel up to 25%, and candidates must be U.S. Persons due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
Anduril offers a competitive salary range of $113,000 to $149,000 USD, along with highly competitive equity grants included in the majority of full-time offers.
