Production Program Director
The Production Program Director at Anduril Industries will lead a significant portion of the Air Dominance and Strike Division's product line, focusing on collaborative combat aircraft, missiles, and autonomous weapon systems. This role involves direct responsibility for cost and schedule performance within the assigned area, contributing to one of Anduril's largest production programs.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans that align with long-term business objectives, managing customer relationships to shape program direction, and overseeing financial performance and scheduling for the production segment. The director will also implement processes and metrics for program planning, risk management, and customer communication, while fostering a high-performance team culture.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with a technical background preferred. A minimum of 8 years' experience managing complex technical system production is required, along with a proven track record in handling multi-million-dollar production lines. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as exceptional communication abilities. Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance is mandatory.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $170,000 to $226,000 USD, with actual compensation varying based on factors such as experience and skills.
