The Production Program Manager at Anduril Industries plays a pivotal role within the Air Dominance and Strike Division, one of the company's fastest-growing and most technically complex sectors. This division focuses on developing and building collaborative combat aircraft, missiles, and the software that powers these autonomous weapons. The Production Program Manager will lead a portion of the production line, overseeing the cost and schedule of assigned components, and ensuring the successful execution of production programs.

Key responsibilities include owning the financial performance and schedule for a segment of the production business, typically a subsystem of the entire vehicle. The role involves leading cross-functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) comprising engineering, production, supply chain, and other departments to drive outcomes. The manager will oversee teams to address and resolve issues promptly, develop strong relationships with customer counterparts, monitor and manage program progress across cost, schedule, and resource allocation, and understand larger business objectives to drive improvements.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with a technical background preferred. A minimum of four years of experience managing the production of complex technical systems is required. The role demands a proven track record of successfully leading teams in a production environment with significant financial scope, the ability to assist engineering in trade-offs to meet cost, schedule, and performance requirements, and exceptional communication skills to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences. Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance is also necessary.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $129,000 to $171,000 USD, with actual offers varying based on factors such as work experience, education, and critical skills. Anduril provides top-tier benefits for full-time employees, including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans at little to no cost, income protection through life and disability insurance, generous time off with a holiday hiatus in December, family planning and parenting support, mental health resources, professional development reimbursement, commuter benefits, and retirement savings plans with various options.
