As a Production Program Manager at Anduril Industries, you will oversee the manufacturing and production lifecycle of advanced defense technologies within the Intelligence Systems division. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, supply chain, operations, and leadership teams to ensure the successful execution of production programs. Your contributions will be pivotal in driving efficiency, managing schedules, mitigating risks, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and cost-effectiveness, monitoring project budgets to focus on impactful problem-solving, and providing regular updates to internal teams and leadership to maintain transparency on project status and risks. You will also ensure appropriate allocation of materials, labor, and equipment to meet production goals, act as the production point of contact for product changes and new products, and coordinate cross-functional teams to align production efforts with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, along with over five years of experience in operations program management, production, or manufacturing, preferably in defense, aerospace, or complex hardware industries. A strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and production workflows is essential. Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Lean, TPS, or Six Sigma, proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or MS Project, and excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills are also required. Strong communication and leadership abilities to influence and align cross-functional teams, the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities, and an active U.S. Secret security clearance are necessary.
