Production Supervisor, Missiles
Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their Manufacturing Production team in Costa Mesa, California. This team is integral to the manufacturing process, handling equipment operation, product assembly, quality control, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The Production Supervisor will manage a team of technicians responsible for producing various products for strategic military and commercial customers. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, setting priorities, issuing and completing work orders, and ensuring adherence to safety procedures and standard work tasks. The role also involves participating in continuous improvement activities, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and leading daily communication with cross-functional teams such as engineering, supply chain, logistics, and quality.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience managing or supervising in a high-volume production environment, with demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes. A strong understanding of production rates, critical path analysis, and key manufacturing fundamentals is essential. Proficiency in interpreting technical documentation, such as mechanical drawings and electrical schematics, is required. Hands-on experience with hardware, process development, and equipment maintenance is also necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a passion for employee development, are important for this role. Candidates must be U.S. Persons due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
The salary range for this position is $86,000 to $114,000 per year.
