Production Test Technician
As a Production Test Technician at Anduril Industries, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our optical systems meet stringent quality standards before shipment to customers. This position involves testing optical equipment, conducting validation and system-level testing, and troubleshooting complex issues. The role is integral to maintaining the high performance and reliability of our products.
Key responsibilities include performing tests on optical equipment according to established procedures and specifications, running validation and system-level tests to ensure optimal performance, and troubleshooting and resolving issues with optical systems during testing. Additionally, you will follow detailed test work instructions, document results accurately, utilize MATLAB for data collection and analysis, maintain and calibrate test equipment, participate in root cause analysis of product failures, and collaborate with the test engineering team to improve testing processes and efficiencies.
The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree in Physics, Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, along with at least three years of relevant industry experience in production or R&D testing. Experience with cryogenics and vacuum systems in a testing environment, proficiency in MATLAB for data acquisition and processing, strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues, and the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams are essential. Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance is also required.
Anduril Industries offers a competitive salary range of $86,000 to $114,000 USD for this role, along with highly competitive equity grants.
