Anduril Industries is seeking a Program Director to lead one of its largest development programs within the Air Dominance and Strike Division. This division focuses on developing collaborative combat aircraft, missiles, and the software that powers these autonomous weapons. The Program Director will work alongside the Chief Engineer and be directly responsible for all elements of cost and schedule to ensure successful delivery of the program.

Key responsibilities include owning the development and deployment of Anduril’s Air Dominance & Strike technologies to meet the operational needs of the Department of Defense. The role involves developing strong, trusting relationships with DOD customers, ensuring tight feedback loops that enable rapid iteration and fielding of solutions. The Program Director will autonomously execute on broad and/or ambiguous requirements from internal engineering, customers, and third-party corporate partners to deliver successful outcomes on multiple programs simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with a technical background preferred. A minimum of 8 years of experience managing the development of complex technical systems throughout the product lifecycle is required. The candidate should have a proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects and driving their on-time, on-budget completion. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with exceptional communication skills, are essential.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $220,000 to $292,000 USD, with highly competitive equity grants included in the majority of full-time offers. Anduril provides comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans at little to no cost to employees, along with generous time off, family planning and parenting support, mental health resources, professional development stipends, daily meals and provisions, company-funded commuter benefits, relocation assistance, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan.

Anduril Industries fosters a creative, high-performance culture within the team, proactively assessing team skills versus needs and identifying personnel development or recruitment opportunities to strengthen the team's capabilities. The company is committed to transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology, offering employees the opportunity to work on cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to support the military in months, not years.
