Anduril Industries is seeking a Program Manager for Homeland Air Defense to join their Air Defense team, which focuses on developing and deploying counter-unmanned aerial systems (CUAS) to protect critical national security assets within the United States. This role involves scaling domestic, civilian, and commercial deployments, ensuring seamless integration with civilian airspace operations, and adhering to federal, state, and local regulations governing counter-drone activities.

The Program Manager will be responsible for driving program execution to safeguard critical infrastructure, government facilities, and commercial sites. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining program execution frameworks, coordinating across engineering, product, compliance, and supply chain teams, and ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks. The role also involves overseeing CUAS deployment planning, from logistics through on-site activation to long-term sustainment, and leading after-action reviews to improve deployment processes.

Candidates should have at least six years of experience in deployment operations, defense programs, aerospace systems, logistics, or technical project management. Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional programs involving hardware and software systems in high-stakes or regulated environments is essential. Strong operational rigor, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment without formal authority are also required. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance and willingness to travel up to 30% as program and deployment needs require are necessary.

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with the domestic CUAS operating environment, knowledge of FAA coordination and regulatory compliance, and experience scaling operations from early-stage deployments to sustained production and fielding. An MBA or advanced degree in Business, Public Policy, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is also desirable.

Anduril offers a competitive salary range of $146,000 to $194,000 USD, along with comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision plans, income protection, generous time off, family planning and parenting support, mental health resources, professional development reimbursement, commuter benefits, and retirement savings plans. The company fosters a high-performance culture that values development velocity, high-trust collaboration, rigorous execution, and continuous improvement, providing opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.
