Program Manager, Homeland Air Defense

The Program Manager, Homeland Air Defense at Anduril Industries will lead the development and deployment of counter-unmanned aerial systems (CUAS) to protect critical national security assets within the United States. This role is integral to the Air Defense team, which focuses on creating advanced technologies to detect, track, identify, and neutralize aerial threats, ensuring the safety of vital infrastructure and facilities.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining program execution frameworks, coordinating across engineering, product, compliance, and supply chain teams, and ensuring alignment with federal, state, and local regulatory frameworks governing domestic CUAS operations. The Program Manager will oversee the planning and coordination of CUAS deployments, from initial logistics through on-site activation to long-term sustainment, and serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and customers.

Candidates must have at least six years of experience in deployment operations, defense programs, aerospace systems, logistics, or technical project management. Essential skills include managing complex, cross-functional programs involving hardware and software systems in regulated environments, strong operational planning abilities, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance is required.
