Program Manager, Maritime

Essential qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with significant experience managing multi-disciplinary projects. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to adapt quickly in dynamic and ambiguous environments. Experience working directly with government agencies or the Department of Defense is highly preferred, and candidates with experience in maritime operations or systems will stand out.
