The Programmatic Specialist at WPP Media is responsible for the flawless delivery of programmatic campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and value for clients. This role involves planning and executing best-in-class campaigns, collaborating with core SSP/DSP/Network Partners to trial new formats and features, and developing comprehensive optimization and delivery plans. The specialist is expected to have a thorough understanding of assigned clients' media businesses and their overall marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day activities with DSPs, agency trading desks, and other buying platforms, overseeing relationships with Sales Side Platforms and private marketplaces, and handling inventory setup and data targeting to enhance value propositions. The specialist will also act as a knowledge expert on programmatic matters for sales and advertiser/agency partners, create opportunities for incremental revenue, and evaluate potential new partners and platforms for revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the programmatic space and a strong interest in evolving digital media. They should possess strong organizational skills, adaptability to change, and the ability to multitask. A detail-oriented mindset, strong mathematical and analytical skills, and the ability to relate results to client business objectives are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and platforms like AdWords Editor and Facebook ad platform is required, along with good writing and verbal communication skills.
