Project Manager / Business Analyst

Plug and Play is seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead cross-functional workflow improvement initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Software Engineering and AI Solutions, this role combines business analysis, structured project delivery, and operational execution to enhance organizational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include conducting end-to-end process discovery across departments, identifying inefficiencies, and designing optimized processes supported by digital tools and automation. The role also involves managing the delivery of prioritized operational initiatives, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring solutions transition from pilot to embedded operational workflows.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Operations Lead, with a background in improving operational processes in fast-paced, innovation-oriented organizations. A strong curiosity for emerging technologies, particularly AI-enabled tools, and familiarity with LLM-based solutions in operational contexts are highly desirable.
