Project Manager, Engineering Ops

Applied Intuition is seeking a Project Manager to enhance the operational efficiency of our Vehicle OS product organization. As our team experiences rapid growth, this role is pivotal in managing logistics, fostering team culture, and overseeing administrative systems to ensure seamless engineering operations. The Project Manager will work closely with the Head of Engineering to maintain organizational cohesion and performance during this expansion.

Key responsibilities include managing logistics such as customer visits and team space coordination, aligning these activities with team workflows. The Project Manager will also lead initiatives to cultivate team culture by organizing regular events, happy hours, and cross-team dinners. Additionally, the role involves coordinating internal communications, including planning and executing monthly all-hands meetings, and developing comprehensive onboarding materials to support new hires. Tracking and driving the completion of action items across various engineering projects and streamlining quarterly administrative processes are also essential duties.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree from a reputable university and have 1-3 years of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive approach to task completion, and excellent organizational skills are essential. The role requires the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, from new hires to senior leadership and external clients.

Compensation for this full-time position includes a base salary ranging from $79,600 to $133,700 annually, along with equity options and a comprehensive benefits package.
