Project Manager, Enterprise System Integrations
Wilson Elser is seeking a Project Manager for Enterprise System Integrations to lead the implementation and integration of new enterprise financial systems and related products. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, vendor partners, end-users, and technical teams to deliver optimized solutions for the firm's Finance and Revenue departments.
Key responsibilities include managing the successful execution of business and technology requirements, coordinating between multiple third-party and internal technical teams, and ensuring that business priorities are met during system integrations. The Project Manager will also facilitate the removal of project blockers, provide regular status reports to the Executive team, and oversee training and support activities for end-users on new systems and workflows.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on project management experience with enterprise-level financial system data conversions, integrations, and deployments. Experience with the Aderant and BigHand product suites is highly desirable. Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including SAFe and SCRUM, is required. Strong communication skills, exceptional time management, and the ability to manage change effectively are essential.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $150,000, along with an outstanding benefits package that includes a 401(k) match and a generous PTO plan.
