Project Manager III - Solutions
As a Project Manager III on the Operations & Transformation team at Motive, you will lead complex, cross-functional projects that directly support our Solutions organizations. You will be responsible for turning strategy into execution across programs that span process, policy, data, and technology. This role is highly visible and requires frequent interaction with senior leaders across Operations, Product, Sales, Order Management, Services, Finance, and IT.
Key responsibilities include owning and leading a portfolio of mid- to large-scale, cross-functional projects supporting Solutions teams, including Trial Success, Sales Engineering, and Business Value teams, from discovery through post-launch measurement. You will develop and maintain project artifacts such as project charters, detailed project plans, action items, risk and mitigation plans, RACI matrices, and weekly status updates to keep stakeholders aligned and accountable. Additionally, you will define project scope, objectives, deliverables, critical paths, and success metrics in partnership with business stakeholders and functional leaders, while managing timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple concurrent projects.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of professional experience in project management, with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail, are essential. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience presenting to and influencing senior leaders and cross-functional partners, are required. Deep familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project, is also necessary. A Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is required, or a strong commitment to obtain one within a defined timeframe after joining.
