Project Manager, Manufacturing Engineering
Anduril Industries is seeking a Project Manager for its Manufacturing Engineering team in Costa Mesa, California. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end manufacturing KPI tracking, enhancing transparency, and generating actionable reports to support strategic and tactical decision-making. The Manufacturing Team is responsible for rapidly iterating and building cutting-edge defense hardware, including static equipment, moving ground equipment, and flight vehicles.
Key responsibilities include supporting program managers and manufacturing leadership in managing critical technical and business forums, providing structure to ambiguity, and driving manufacturing engineering stakeholders toward decisions on tactical and strategic issues. The Project Manager will also develop and execute strategies to drive business impact and outcomes, execute analyses on short timelines, analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and facilitate data-driven decision-making by providing timely and accurate manufacturing information.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in engineering, data science, business, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on data analysis, program support, or process improvement. Candidates should have strong analytical aptitude, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and be highly organized and resourceful. U.S. Person status is required due to access to export-controlled information or facilities.
The salary range for this role is $113,000 to $149,000 USD annually.
