The Provider Experience Associate at Modern Health plays a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the experience of our global network of mental health providers, including coaches, therapists, and psychiatry professionals. This position is integral to our mission of delivering comprehensive mental health solutions to employees worldwide. As part of the Provider Experience team, the associate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure providers are equipped to deliver high-quality care to our members.

Key responsibilities include responding promptly to provider inquiries via ZenDesk, assisting providers in utilizing proprietary tools, and analyzing product issues to improve service delivery. The associate will also maintain and update internal databases with relevant information, share feature requests and effective solutions with team members, and support the active provider network to ensure an exceptional experience. Additionally, the role involves developing a deep understanding of the provider journey, creating and improving tools and documentation, and collaborating on process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate possesses 1-2 years of experience in a support role within a technology or healthcare company, with a preference for startup environments. Proficiency with help desk software and remote support tools is essential, along with a solid understanding of database systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. The candidate should be comfortable working across multiple technical systems, take initiative in building processes from scratch, and excel in building relationships and improving group dynamics.
