Modern Health is seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead and expand our consultant partnerships in the Central Region. Reporting directly to the VP of Partnerships, this role involves managing relationships with key benefit consultants and their clients, acting as the primary liaison between Modern Health and a select group of innovative partners. The ideal candidate will identify new partnership opportunities, nurture existing high-value relationships, and represent Modern Health as an industry leader dedicated to positively impacting millions of lives.

Key responsibilities include serving as the national point of contact for major brokerage and consulting partners, particularly within Midwest consulting firms. The role requires developing and executing strategic plans to generate qualified opportunities through consultant partners, ensuring consistent referrals and advocacy for Modern Health. Additionally, the manager will collaborate closely with Account Executives and Client Management teams to activate relationships, influence opportunities, and support seamless client and renewal experiences. Building and deepening relationships across the brokerage and consulting ecosystem, while working cross-functionally with internal teams such as Growth, Product, Clinical Care, and Operations, is essential. Leading compelling presentations and strategic conversations to elevate how partners and employers perceive mental health, positioning Modern Health as a differentiated market leader, is also a key aspect of the role.

Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in the employer healthcare benefits space, including brokerage, consulting, or vendor partnerships/sales. Proven experience in building and managing relationships with national and regional brokerage and consulting firms is essential. Demonstrated success in influencing pipelines through the generation of qualified sales opportunities is required. A strong understanding of how consultants evaluate solutions and make client recommendations is necessary. Experience in collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Client Management, Product, and other internal teams to drive outcomes is important. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders, are crucial. The ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced, evolving environment is expected. A bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Health Management, or a related field is preferred.
