Provider Success Associate (Temporary)
Spring Health is seeking a Temporary Provider Success Associate to join our Provider Operations team for a three-month assignment, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. This role is integral to our mission of building, retaining, and empowering a diverse, high-quality provider community that drives exceptional member experiences and clinical outcomes. The position reports to the Provider Success Team Lead and is fully remote, with no travel expectations.
The Provider Success Associate will deliver outstanding support to our mental health providers through various channels, including email, phone, and live Zoom sessions. Key responsibilities include providing technical support and remote troubleshooting for our internal EHR system and other SaaS tools, maintaining knowledge of payment structures and provider policies to address compensation and policy inquiries, coordinating with partner teams to identify and report recurring service issues, and contributing to the development of the Provider Help Center and internal knowledge base. Additionally, the role involves providing training and product support to internal teams and provider networks as needed, participating in special projects, and driving continuous improvement of the provider support experience by optimizing processes, tools, and communication.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role, with experience working with EHR systems preferred but not required. Outstanding written, verbal, and listening communication skills with high attention to detail are essential. Familiarity with Zendesk, Jira, Zoom, Salesforce, or similar SaaS applications is a plus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a thoughtful, curious, and collaborative problem-solving approach, along with humility, resourcefulness, ambition, and professionalism. Experience in telehealth or startups is advantageous but not required.
The target base salary range for this position is $32.05 to $37.18 per hour. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Spring Health reviews all employee pay and compensation programs annually to ensure competitive and fair pay.
