QA Investigations Supervisor

The QA Investigations Supervisor at Legend Biotech is responsible for overseeing a team of QA Investigation Leads within the Raritan Investigation Excellence Team. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and enhancing the quality of investigations related to the production of personalized cell therapies in a sterile GMP environment.

Key responsibilities include supervising daily activities of QA Investigation Leads, providing guidance on investigation performance, and ensuring adherence to high standards. The supervisor will also manage investigation processes, escalate significant quality issues, support the review of investigation-related documents, and assist in resolving roadblocks to ensure timely and compliant closures.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in science or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of five years of Quality Assurance experience in a cGMP environment within the biotech or biopharma industry is required, along with at least two years of team management experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, as well as excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Compensation for this position includes a base pay range of $93,463 to $122,670 USD, with performance-based bonuses and equity available for eligible roles.
