Quality Engineer

In this role, you will focus on developing and maintaining test automation frameworks, including migrating from Cypress to Playwright, and establishing performance testing frameworks. You will perform root cause analysis on product defects and test failures, collaborating closely with software engineers to identify and resolve issues. Additionally, you will integrate AI into the quality workflow, from test generation to triaging flaky tests, and provide technical leadership to mentor engineers and elevate the overall quality standards within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in building and maintaining test automation for complex software systems, with strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience in designing and leading large-scale, cross-functional quality initiatives is essential. Proficiency in triaging and debugging test failures, conducting root cause analysis, and integrating AI into quality workflows is highly desirable. A proven track record of mentoring engineers and driving quality strategy across multiple engineering environments is also important.
