Quality Inspector IV

Voyager Technologies, Inc., an innovative defense, national security, and space technology company, is seeking a Quality Inspector IV to join our team in Reno, NV. As a Quality Inspector IV, you will perform comprehensive inspections of materials, parts, and products at various stages of production. Your responsibilities will include programming and operating inspection equipment such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and Keyence systems, conducting first article, in-process, and final inspections, and documenting non-conformance reports. Additionally, you will support supplier quality engineering by conducting source surveillance and inspections, reviewing supplier First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR), and assisting in internal and external audits.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years of quality inspection experience, including at least five years with CMM or other computer-aided inspection methods. Experience supporting Department of Defense programs and proficiency with non-conformance tracking systems such as TIP QA are essential. Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers, program teams, and customers are also required.
