Quality Investigator

The Quality Investigator role at TransPerfect Legal is integral to the Quality Assurance Department, an independent branch dedicated to safeguarding the interests of both TransPerfect and its clients by promoting and enhancing quality standards. This position is crucial for ensuring client satisfaction and retention by investigating Corrective Action Forms and client complaints, identifying root causes, implementing corrective measures, and developing preventive actions to avert future issues.

Key responsibilities include investigating Corrective Action Forms to determine root causes and effective corrective and preventive actions, liaising directly with linguists and TransPerfect employees. The Quality Investigator will decide on appropriate corrective and preventive measures for vendors and employees based on performance metrics and previous issues. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with Department Managers to enhance the quality of work within specific verticals, maintaining colleagues' awareness of QA processes, policies, and procedures, and assisting Data Investigators in tracking and reporting company-wide quality metrics.

Candidates must possess the ability to accurately maintain and update large amounts of data, excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal), superior organizational and multitasking abilities to meet commitments and deadlines, and strong proficiency in MS Office and computer skills. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent is required. Desired qualifications include fluency in a foreign language and experience with ISO 9001 standards.
