Komodo Health is seeking a Quality Specialist to join their Mavens QA & Compliance Team in India. This team is dedicated to delivering innovative, high-quality cloud solutions for the life sciences industry, ensuring that these solutions meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. As a Quality Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening and evolving the company's growing QA practice, contributing to the mission of reducing the global burden of disease.

In this role, you will be responsible for writing and maintaining clear, effective manual and automated test scripts that cover a wide range of functional, integration, and regression scenarios. You will execute these test scripts with precision and accountability, analyze and communicate test results and defects with clarity and context, and collaborate with internal teams to understand system features, business requirements, and quality expectations. Additionally, you will support the continuous improvement of testing frameworks, tools, and documentation, and help shape scalable QA practices that drive standardization and efficiency across engagements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience designing and executing automated test scripts for cloud-based software applications. Proficiency with automated testing and test management tools such as Provar, Copado CRT, Jira, and Playwright is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required. A proactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative, think critically, and contribute to process evolution is also important.

While not mandatory, additional skills and experience that would be advantageous include Salesforce QA experience, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector, Salesforce Certification, consulting experience, and familiarity with AI agentic workflows. ISTQB or equivalent certification is also a plus.
