Anduril Industries is seeking a Quality Technician to join their Quality Engineering team in Lexington, Massachusetts. This team is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality in manufacturing processes and products, ensuring the integrity and reliability of Anduril's defense technology solutions. In this role, the Quality Technician will perform incoming, in-process, and end-of-line inspections to ensure products meet established quality specifications. Responsibilities include collaborating with Quality Engineering to develop inspection plans for materials and assemblies, executing equipment calibration and material shelf-life verification programs, supporting material review board processes, and assisting with internal and external audits. The technician will also be expected to propose continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing productivity and quality.

Candidates should possess a technical or associate degree in quality, mechanical, or aerospace engineering, along with at least three years of experience in quality or manufacturing within the aerospace industry. Proficiency with calibrated equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and multimeters is required, as well as the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Experience inspecting machined parts, mechanical assemblies, and electronic components is essential. Familiarity with quality management systems like AS9100 or ISO9001 is also necessary. The role requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

The position offers a salary range of $86,000 to $114,000 annually, with actual compensation dependent on factors such as experience and education.
