Anduril Industries is seeking a Quality Technician to join our team in Lexington, MA. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our manufacturing processes and products adhere to the highest quality standards. Your contributions will directly support Anduril's mission to revolutionize defense technology through advanced systems and autonomous capabilities.

As a Quality Technician, your primary responsibilities will include performing incoming, in-process, and end-of-line inspections to verify compliance with established specifications. You will collaborate with Quality Engineering to develop inspection plans for materials, parts, and assemblies from suppliers, ensuring their adherence to quality requirements. Additionally, you will manage equipment calibration, monitor material shelf-life, support Material Review Board processes, and assist in both internal and external audits. Your role will also involve identifying and proposing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.

The ideal candidate will possess a technical or associate degree in quality, mechanical, or aerospace engineering, along with a minimum of three years of experience in quality or manufacturing within the aerospace industry. Proficiency with calibrated equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and multimeters is essential, as is the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models. A solid understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and experience inspecting machined parts and electronic components are required. Familiarity with quality management systems like AS9100 or ISO9001 is also necessary. Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 25 lbs unassisted and eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Anduril offers a competitive salary range of $86,000 to $114,000 for this position, along with comprehensive benefits.
