Recruiter II (Fixed-Term Employee)
Braze is seeking a Recruiter II for a 6-month fixed-term contract based in London. This role focuses on building and scaling our global Go-to-Market teams, particularly within Post-Sales functions such as Customer Success, Global Services, and Support. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to design and execute customized candidate recruiting plans, ensuring alignment with Braze's rapid global growth and commitment to equity and opportunity.
Key responsibilities include sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for Go-to-Market teams, managing the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance, and partnering with hiring managers to implement best-in-class talent acquisition strategies. The recruiter will also screen candidates, facilitate debrief sessions, monitor recruiting efforts through data analysis, and contribute to the broader talent acquisition strategic planning process. Additionally, mentoring and providing guidance to fellow recruiting team members is expected.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree (preferred) and over four years of full life cycle recruiting experience. Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects in an environment with competing demands are essential. A strategic and analytical mindset, with a track record of reporting and analyzing key recruiting metrics, is also required. Experience with Greenhouse ATS and candidates in the SaaS/Cloud industry is a plus.
