Recruiting Coordinator
Archer is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic team dedicated to advancing sustainable air mobility. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission to create the world's first electric airline, facilitating quick, safe, and cost-effective urban transportation.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews across various departments, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing candidate communications, maintaining accurate records in our applicant tracking system, and collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline the hiring process.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruiting coordination or similar role, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools is essential, along with excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
