Regional Credit Manager
The Regional Credit Manager at Moniepoint Inc. is responsible for overseeing and maintaining a profitable loan portfolio within an assigned geographic region. This role involves managing the field credit network to ensure optimal performance and alignment with the company's financial objectives. Key responsibilities include driving the achievement of loan disbursement targets, monitoring portfolio performance to keep loan defaults within acceptable thresholds, and supervising the regional field network to meet growth, profitability, and efficiency goals. The manager will also ensure timely execution of credit field operations in compliance with internal policies and service level agreements, provide strategic insights on regional credit performance, and build strong relationships with the sales network to support business expansion.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with a master's degree or MBA being an added advantage. A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in credit risk management, lending operations, or related roles is required, including at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or regional leadership capacity. Strong knowledge of credit analysis, loan underwriting, portfolio management, and collections strategies is essential, along with excellent leadership, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
