MetTel is seeking an experienced, relationship-oriented, and driven Channel Director to serve as the Regional Director of Agent Channel for the New England region. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and structuring and launching new deals for assigned partners. The ability to influence and develop mutually beneficial relationships within MetTel is vital.

Key responsibilities include working with partners to build and manage sales pipelines to achieve revenue goals, developing program objectives and co-developing partner business plans to support revenue commitments, leading business planning and quarterly review processes, and managing the entire process from sales through to delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for working with partners on account mapping, go-to-market strategy, and facilitating partnering efforts of MetTel Sales. Driving partner marketing programs to develop incremental revenue streams and ensuring partner technical skill development to achieve success are also essential aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in a Channel Sales role with a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience. Experience selling both direct and through channels, particularly within the State and Local Government vertical sales channel, is highly desirable. Proficiency in using to manage company operations, strong business acumen, negotiation abilities, and knowledge of sales of software or computer-related products with an emphasis on web infrastructure security are essential. Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills toward a broad constituency ranging from customers, channel partners, sales, marketing, and technical management are also important.
