Wolt is seeking a Regional Head of Enterprise Sales to drive sales efforts with major multinational retail partners across Central Europe, encompassing approximately ten countries. This role focuses on sectors such as Grocery, Pharmacy, Health & Beauty, Pet Care, and Electronics. The position involves close collaboration with local country teams to ensure optimal retail selection on Wolt's platform.

Key responsibilities include structuring, negotiating, and executing large-scale multinational retail deals, ensuring partnerships grow across markets post-launch. The role requires managing regional pipelines, developing investment proposals, and aligning strategies to launch and scale partnerships. Additionally, the individual will consult with markets on building local enterprise strategies and support in closing and executing local enterprise deals.

The ideal candidate has over eight years of experience in business development or sales, preferably from both startup and large enterprise environments. Extensive experience in core retail sectors, particularly in developing strategic partnerships with large companies, is essential. Strong analytical, financial, and commercial acumen, along with excellent written and oral communication skills in English, are required. Flexibility to work from one of Wolt's countries and willingness to travel for meetings are also necessary.

Compensation varies by location. In Poland, the monthly salary ranges from 24,827 to 31,034 PLN gross, while in Austria, it ranges from €8,430 to €10,537.
