The Regional Sales Director at Cato Networks will be responsible for driving sales and expansion initiatives in a defined geographic territory, working directly with new and existing enterprise customers. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer needs are addressed, and will play a vital role in shaping regional sales strategy. Regular travel to customer sites and industry events is expected.

Candidates should have a proven track record in enterprise technology sales, ideally within networking, security, or SaaS environments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, with demonstrated ability to manage complex sales processes and meet or exceed assigned quotas. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, as is familiarity with the regional business landscape and established professional network.
