As a Regional Sales Director at Cato Networks, you will lead sales efforts within your designated region, focusing on generating new business and expanding our customer base. In this position, you will be responsible for owning the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, securing high-value deals with mid-to-large enterprise accounts. Your day-to-day activities will include engaging with key decision-makers such as CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs, aligning our solutions with their business objectives. You will manage complex sales cycles, develop and execute strategic account plans, and collaborate with partners to expand market reach.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in territory sales within cybersecurity, SaaS, or related industries, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Strong understanding of cybersecurity and networking solutions, along with the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, is essential. Experience working with partners, Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) is also highly valued.

Cato Networks offers a competitive compensation package, with a reasonable estimate for this role ranging from $270,000 to $330,000 annually. Exact compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications.
