Regional Sales Director

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include engaging with key decision-makers such as CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs to align Cato's solutions with their business objectives. You will manage complex sales cycles, often involving multiple stakeholders, and collaborate with partners like Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) to extend market reach.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in territory sales within the cybersecurity, SaaS, or related industries, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. A strong understanding of cybersecurity and networking solutions, along with the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, is essential. Experience working with partners and strategic collaborators to drive sales and expand business opportunities is also highly valued.
Cato Networks offers a competitive compensation package, with a reasonable estimate for this role ranging from $270,000 to $330,000 annually.
