As a Regional Sales Director at Cato Networks, you will be instrumental in driving sales within the Los Angeles region. In this role, you will own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, securing deals with mid-to-large accounts, and building lasting relationships. Your responsibilities include engaging with key decision-makers such as CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs to align our cybersecurity and SaaS solutions with their business needs. You will also position our solutions as integral to customers' long-term success, manage sales cycles of varying lengths, and collaborate with the sales team to share insights and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in territory sales within cybersecurity, SaaS, or related industries, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. A strong understanding of cybersecurity, SaaS, or networking solutions is essential, along with the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders. Experience working with partners, Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and other strategic collaborators is also required.

A reasonable estimate of compensation for this role, at the time of posting, is $270,000 - $330,000.
