Regional Sales Director - Northeast

As a Regional Sales Director for the Northeast region, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the 1,000-9,999 life segment. Your role will involve managing relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers, focusing on building and closing deals with autonomy. You will own a quarterly quota, develop and win strategic Gold Advisor relationships, and collaborate with partner roles to shape territory strategy.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role, with a strong background in working with benefits brokers and consultants. Experience in health insurance is strongly preferred. A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment and a commitment to improving the healthcare system are essential. Strong presentation and communication skills, along with the ability to engage with AI tools, are also important.
Compensation for this role includes a target total compensation range of $275,000 to $300,000, encompassing base salary and commission.
