Regional Sales Director, Vancouver
Cato Networks is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead sales efforts in the Vancouver region. This role involves driving the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on mid-to-large accounts, and building lasting relationships. The successful candidate will join a team dedicated to delivering innovative cybersecurity and SaaS solutions, contributing to the company's mission of converging enterprise networking and security into a centralized, global cloud service.
Key responsibilities include owning the sales cycle within the assigned territory, engaging with key decision-makers such as CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs, and aligning Cato Networks' solutions with their business needs. The role requires positioning these solutions as integral to customers' long-term success, managing sales cycles of varying lengths, and maintaining momentum throughout. Additionally, the Regional Sales Director will leverage sales intelligence, win-loss analysis, and pipeline metrics to refine strategies, collaborate with the sales team to share insights and best practices, and develop relationships with local Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and other strategic partners to expand market reach.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in territory sales within cybersecurity, SaaS, or related industries, with a proven track record of managing sales cycles and engaging with decision-makers. A demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth is essential. Strong understanding of cybersecurity, SaaS, or networking solutions, along with awareness of current market trends and competitive positioning, is required. The candidate should possess the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers and have experience working with partners, MSSPs, VARs, and other strategic collaborators to drive sales and expand business opportunities.
