Regulatory Reporting Program Manager, Stablecoin
Stripe is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Program Manager to oversee the U.S. regulatory reporting program for digital assets, including stablecoin-related financial activities. This role involves defining reporting scope, governance, timelines, and accountability across required regulatory filings. The successful candidate will interpret U.S. regulatory reporting requirements applicable to stablecoins, digital assets, payments, and custody, translating them into clear reporting specifications, data definitions, and execution plans in partnership with Legal and Compliance teams.
Key responsibilities include managing the full regulatory reporting lifecycle—from data sourcing and aggregation through validation, internal review, sign-off, and timely submission to regulators. The role also entails ensuring regulatory reports accurately reflect stablecoin-specific activities and risks, designing and maintaining a robust regulatory reporting control framework, and partnering with Engineering, Data, Finance, Compliance, and Legal teams to improve data lineage, transparency, and automation across regulatory reporting processes. Additionally, the Program Manager will own regulatory reporting change management, develop and maintain regulator-ready documentation, and serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory reporting matters during U.S. regulatory exams, audits, and inquiries.
Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience leading the delivery of an ongoing regulatory reporting program within a regulated financial services environment, ideally supporting stablecoin issuance, payments, or custody-related activities. A strong understanding of U.S. compliance and regulatory obligations applicable to stablecoins, including evolving federal and state frameworks, is essential. The role requires excellent analytical skills, the ability to work across complex data environments, and demonstrated success in executing complex, cross-functional programs in fast-growing organizations.
