Stripe is seeking a Strategy & Operations professional to join its Global Partnerships team, focusing on the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This role is integral to driving significant growth for Stripe's users by enabling products and expanding into new markets through strategic partnerships. The Global Partnerships team aims to create value across partner distribution and margin optimization, serving as a key distribution engine for partners.

In this position, you will collaborate cross-functionally within the Global Partnerships group and across Stripe's technical and user-facing teams to solve complex problems that benefit users. Key responsibilities include working on APAC strategy projects, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop new operating models, and coordinating annual and long-range planning efforts to ensure cohesive alignment with product and go-to-market teams. Additionally, you will track projects, timelines, and commitments on internal initiatives and customer deliverables.

The ideal candidate has over seven years of experience in strategy and operations, product strategy, product management, or similar roles within technology companies. Experience in highly cross-functional settings, spanning strategy, product, analysis, and operations in fast-paced environments, is essential. Strong critical thinking skills, a passion for data-driven problem-solving, and excellent program management abilities are required. Effective communication skills and the ability to influence without authority are also important.

Preferred qualifications include experience in the payments ecosystem or within a partnerships organization, the ability to build trust and partner with senior leaders, and a track record of driving creative solutions that inform cross-functional team roadmaps. Understanding the implications of product features, policy changes, and marketing outreach on user and support experiences is also advantageous.

Stripe offers a hybrid work environment, with office-assigned employees expected to spend at least 50% of their time in their local office or with users. This balance supports in-person collaboration and learning while maintaining flexibility for individuals and teams.
